A Pair of Victorian/Edwardian Standing Staffordshire Pekinese Dogs. Modelled using the slip mould technique and decorated with underglaze sprayed orange. The eyes & eyebrows are painted with black and yellow/orange and the bow in blue. Date of production is circa 1890+ (see ref.1 for similar).
· Dimensions: 19cm (7 ½”) tall, 22cm (9”) wide and 9cm (3 ½”) deep. · Weight: 800g & 900g. Total packaged weight is ~ 3-4kg. · Overall Condition: Excellent. · Repair/Restoration/Conservation: : None. · Chips/Dents: None. · Cracks: None. · Other notes: None
