A Staffordshire Soft Paste Porcelain Spaniel on Base. The spaniel has separately moulded legs and stands on a best gold lined base. The dog is decorated with russet/red feathered patches and the usual best gold collar. Date of produced is circa 1840-60 (ref 1).
· Dimensions: 10cm (4”) tall on a 5cm (2”) by 8cm (3”) base. · Weight: ~150g (5oz). · Overall Condition: Excellent. · Repair/Restoration/Conservation: None. · Chips/Dents: None. · Cracks: None. · Other notes: An unusual example, in clean undamaged condition.
